Lygon Tessera (the “Site”) is operated by Lygon Tessera (CNPJ 64.218.809/0001-77), Brazil. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Lygon Tessera is the studio's website: it presents the studio's work and insights and hosts free browser-based developer tools. You agree not to misuse the Site, disrupt it, access it by automated means without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The content on the Site, including text, images, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Client work shown on the Site remains the property of its owners. You may not copy or redistribute the Site's content without permission.

Studio services, website construction and ongoing management of brand, SEO, and analytics, are agreed individually with each client. Every engagement is governed by its own proposal and agreement.

Parts of the Site rely on third-party services, such as the spam protection on the contact form. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Lygon Tessera does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Lygon Tessera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Lygon Tessera may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
